S'mores and Pours was another UPB member event featuring acrylic paint pours, a s'mores station, and board games. This was the highest attended member event of the year.
My partner and I planned and executed Awareness Week and Kickoff Week for The Big Event. Both weeks consisted of table based events each day to promote sign ups for Big Event and prepare volunteers to serve.
Pumpkin Party was a Union Programming Board member event in Fall 2019. I led the committee in planning this event with activities like pumpkin painting, carving, and Halloween themed mini games.

Coffee and Canvas was my take on Dine and Palette from the previous year. As the executive director this time, I wanted to take the event up a notch by hosting 3 session of guided painting with a new artist and painting featured in each.

Soda Pop Shoppe was the first event I planned as the leader of the core group. Held during Dad's Day Weekend, Soda Pop Shoppe gave students an opportunity to relax with their parents while playing a few rounds of Singo and enjoying ice cream floats.
As a core group member for Dine and Palette, I assisted my executive director in the planning of the guided painting event from choosing a theme, maintaining a budget, and promoting the event in person and online.

For Dancing with the Stars, I worked with my executive director and fellow core group members to bring the beloved TV show to life at OU with nominated campus stars and talented student dancers.

Casino Normán was one of many events and activities planned by UPB's Film Series Core Group. Based off the movie Molly's Game, this event brought the feeling of a secretive, underground casino to the Molly Shi Boren Ballroom.
Cocktail Clash is a special event fundraiser for the Norman Regional Health Foundation. I got to help with planning the event and designing print and marketing materials.
Ambassador Ball is a large fundraiser gala for the Norman Regional Health Foundation. I assisted in the planning, setup and execution of the event for over 400 people.
